SM Project 16x16 CNC Radial Brake Master Cylinder with Integrated Reservoir

After extensive testing and analysis of results obtained directly from racing, we are proud to introduce our new SM Project 16x16 CNC radial brake master cylinder. Developed for the most demanding riders, this master cylinder gives you the ultimate control to dominate the track.

The master cylinder body is machined from a solid block of certified Ergal 7075 through a CNC process. This isn't a casting; it's a process that guarantees an exceptionally rigid and robust structure. Thanks to extremely tight tolerances, the risk of fading and lever travel is virtually zero, even during the most aggressive and prolonged braking sessions and with high external temperatures.

With a 16 mm piston and a 16 mm lever ratio, every squeeze of the lever translates immediately into powerful, responsive, and modulable braking force. The master cylinder, which features a 25cc integrated reservoir, has a sight glass for quick and easy oil level checks. Internally, we've included an anti-bubble system to ensure maximum safety and brake responsiveness, even during off-road use. The hard anodized finish protects it from wear, guaranteeing you long-lasting reliability, race after race.

The Right Lever for Your Riding Style

We know that every rider has their own preferences. That's why our master cylinder is available with two different lever types to perfectly suit your braking style:

Short Lever 1: If you use two fingers to brake, this is the ideal choice. Its compact ergonomics allow you to maintain a firm grip on the handlebars, while ensuring superior modulation and lightning-fast reaction.
Medium Lever 2: If you prefer to brake with one finger, the medium lever offers the sensitivity and leverage you need. Its more open and slightly longer shape allows you to meter out braking power with millimeter precision for total control in every situation.
